Laura Caballero

Laura began her professional journey in Ecuador, developing communication strategies and digital content for a wide range of companies and associations, from media outlets to non-profit organizations. After earning a Master’s degree in Communication and Networks, she moved to Canada in 2021 to pursue a Diploma in Communication with a social focus at Capilano University. 

While working with non-profit organizations on the North Shore, Laura developed a strong customer service orientation, assisting, coordinating and connecting clients with community resources and services. Building on this client-focused and socially driven approach, she joined BCPIP as a Receptionist and Office Administrator in January 2026.

Laura is passionate about photography, with a particular interest in children and family portraits, as well as capturing the natural beauty of British Columbia. She is also keen to learn French as a third language.
